Our Mission
Barranti Law Group, P.C. provides business, labor and employment legal advice and services to businesses and individual clients in the East Bay, and throughout California. We have long-standing relationships with our clients who come to us to establish, operate, protect and grow their California business.
Kirsten Erath Barranti, Esq.: Principal
Ms. Barranti earned nursing diploma and undergraduate degrees from the Western Pennsylvania School of Nursing and Pennsylvania State University, respectively. She obtained her J. D. from John F. Kennedy University School of Law in 2000, where she was awarded the American Jurisprudence Book Award in Remedies. Ms. Barranti concentrates her practices in the areas of general business, corporate, labor/employment law counseling/litigation.
Ms. Barranti is a member of the Alameda County Bar Association and Contra Costa County Bar Association. She serves on various non-profit boards in the community: Hope Hospice (2009-2015), The Congress of Neutrals
(chairman-2002-2013), ValleyCare Healthcare Foundation (2012-2017) and Las Positas College Foundation
(2020 - to – present). Ms. Barranti is a member of Livermore's and Pleasanton's Chamber of Commerce.
She formerly served in the United States Air Force Reserves, Nurse Corps, [Captain] from 1985-1994.
